Todd

Co -Founder

Todd Williams Co-Founder and President of TB Williams Consulting.Todd founded the consulting firm following a 30-year career in Corporate America, working for Coca-Cola, Procter and Gamble, and the Target Corporation. 


Todd’s experiences in diversity and inclusion have been central throughout his professional career. Most notably as the Director of Target Corporation’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy for it’s headquarters and international teams, as well as the Director of Multicultural Market Segmentation where he led initiatives to cater consumer products and merchandising to Urban, Asian, African American, Hispanic, Jewish, and LGBT consumer segments. Currently, 


Todd is co-instructing the country’s only Race, Power and Justice in Business course, that he co-created, at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Anna

Co Founder

Anna Williams has experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) advising, training, strategy development and communications. A former corporate communications professional with Target Corporation, Anna’s diverse experiences include small business management, marketing, communications and business administration. 

Anna has a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, social justice and education. She enjoys channeling that passion into group facilitation and is a licensed substitute teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, holds her DEI certification from the same institution and is certified in change management.

 

Anna is currently serving her first term on the Rosemount-Apple Valley School Board (ISD 196), the third largest school district in Minnesota.


Kristi

Consultant

Kristi LaPlante has over 30 years of executive experience in Leading teams, Process Improvement, and Change Management. A former retail executive, Kristi is focused on leveraging proven change management techniques to improving DEI outcomes within organizations and teams. Kristi, has a passion for diversity & inclusion, equity, social justice and training and enjoys channeling that passion into group facilitation.  Outside of work, Kristi is involved with her local parish and  enjoys spending time with  her family located throughout the upper Midwest.

Pam

Consultant

Pamela Moore  is a trained facilitator using her skills to lead focus groups, conduct stakeholder interviews, and as a dynamic trainer. Her experience includes program conceptualization, development, implementation, coordination, and management. Pamela is a personal coach working with individuals focused on their professional growth and development. She has a professional and volunteer background in community-based agencies, philanthropic organizations, and educational institutions. Recently, Pamela was certified as a Diamond Inclusiveness Assessment (DIA) administrator. 

Jamie

Consultant

Jamie Minor has over 25 years of experience in leadership, human resources and education. A former teacher, she is now a corporate leader and entrepreneur with experience in HR strategy & operations, learning & development, talent acquisition and employee experience.  Jamie has a passion for diversity & inclusion, equity, social justice and training and enjoys channeling that passion into group facilitation.  Additionally, Jamie is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. In all facets of life, Jamie enjoys helping others find their strength within.
